Are these problems only with Messenger? Or do you find photos load slower elsewhere too? Just curious if it’s app-specific or device-wide.
It seems like it’s only Messenger for me. Other apps are fine. Weird, right?

I’ve been facing the same issue! I noticed it started after the last Messenger update. Maybe it’s a bug? Anyone else experiencing this?

Since this is happening to several users, it seems probable that there’s a server-side problem. I’ve also sent a bug report just in case.
I’ve been trying to load photos for hours! It feels like Messenger is on a permanent coffee break! Anyone got a workaround?

Maybe try logging out and back in? Sometimes that can refresh things. Just a thought!
I did that, but it didn’t work for me. I wonder how many people are affected by this issue.
I guess it’s hard to tell without a proper outage report. Sometimes these things just resolve themselves eventually, right?

Hopefully, this gets fixed soon. I can’t remember the last time I had a solid conversation without photo fails!
