I reported a bug in the booking process last week. It kept switching dates on me! So annoying!

I completely agree! I feel like their chat support is unhelpful too. A lot of canned responses that don’t really address the issue.

Yeah, I sent multiple feedback entries and got no acknowledgment. It seems like they really don’t care about user input.

I’ve had similar problems too! I even tried calling their support line and was put on hold for ages. This definitely needs improvement!

It’s not just frustrating but it can ruin the experience when you’re trying to resolve an issue quickly! Can they not streamline this process?

What do you guys think they should do to improve? More live chat options or quicker email responses?
