What happened to the microphone on my Samsung keyboard?

I think Samsung needs to address these software glitches! I faced the mic issue again after an update, and clearing data afterwards solved it temporarily!

Yes, I did contact Samsung! They suggested a factory reset, but I found that a bit drastic for a mic issue. I’ve tried the other methods you all mentioned much more effectively.

I’ve got the S20, and my microphone is also glitchy since the last update! It’s definitely software related.

My microphone is fine, but I had to disable and re-enable it in settings after the update. It’s like a tech version of ‘turn it off and on again’!
