Eddie, you can usually find those permissions under your phone’s settings, then apps. Look for the messaging app and check both storage and data permissions. Everything should be enabled.

I’m not sure what’s going on with mine. It seems like a connectivity issue. I had it fixed when I toggled Airplane mode on and off. Anyone tried that?
That’s an interesting workaround, Marcus! I’ll give it a shot next time. Multitasking in my message app has been a joke lately!
If all else fails, consider resetting the messaging app settings to default. Sometimes there can be hidden options messing things up.
I worry about losing my custom settings. Is there a risk in doing that? I’d like to avoid a total reset if possible!

Cynthia, you can often back up your settings before resetting. Also, check if your messages are synced to the cloud, so you don’t lose anything important.
All this tech stuff makes me feel like a dinosaur! I personally just decided to switch to telegram… At least I can send funny stickers without issues!
