  • Wi-Fi or Mobile Data: I’ve made sure that I have a stable connection. Both Wi-Fi and mobile data seem to be working fine for browsing, but I still can’t get the MMS to download.

It can! I feel like those small changes really impact performance. Also, check if your mobile data is enabled for MMS specifically.

In your settings, look for ‘Data Usage.’ You have to make sure MMS is allowed on the mobile data. If it’s restricted, you’ll run into issues!
