Hey there! I’m having a bit of a dilemma with my Android phone — it’s not downloading pictures sent to me via text message, and I can’t seem to figure out why. I thought I’d reach out for some advice or help.

Here are the things I’ve tried so far:

  • Check Network Connection: I switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data, but it didn’t resolve the issue.
  • MMS Settings: I went into my settings and made sure that the auto-retrieve option is enabled, but still no luck.
