I agree with both of you! After a recent update, my notifications for the app seemed to malfunction. Maybe that’s what’s triggering it to open unexpectedly.

Yes! I turned off some of the McDonald’s notifications, and it stopped the app from launching randomly. It’s worth a shot.

I did reach out to support, but they just advised me to do the usual troubleshooting. Kind of frustrating!

It definitely seems like a software quirk! Maybe McDonald’s needs to upgrade their app. Until then, I’ll keep my notifications off!
