I wonder if this is a common issue with certain brands. My friend has an iPhone and sometimes can’t receive MMS either. Is there a specific brand where this is more prevalent?
I’ve seen issues with both Samsung and Nokia phones in the past. A lot may depend on the carrier as well. It’s good to check on their end too.

Absolutely! You can try resetting just the network settings under system settings. It usually does the trick without wiping out everything else.
