Why is my phone charging but the battery keeps going down?

I’ve been having a frustrating issue with my phone lately. Every time I plug it in to charge, I notice that instead of the battery percentage going up, it actually goes down! :weary: It’s really troubling, and I’m not sure what could be causing this.

  • Software Glitches: I updated my phone to the latest software version recently. Could it be a glitch?
