Recovery apps can be hit or miss. Sometimes they work, and sometimes they don’t! Has anyone had good luck with a specific one?
I’ve had decent success with EaseUS MobiSaver, but I wouldn’t consider it foolproof.

This is turning into a backup support group! But seriously, if you think you’ve lost your ringtones, always look in the trash folder. You might find them there.
