Has anyone figured out how to fix messaging issues with Carrier Hub specifically? It’s driving me nuts!

I’ve noticed that Carrier Hub updates seem to vary a lot depending on the carrier. I’m using T-Mobile, and for me, it’s quite frequent. What’s everyone else seeing?
