You might want to check if Do Not Disturb is enabled. If it is, that could be silencing your notifications!

That’s so annoying! I wish they were more consistent with notifications.
Right? It feels like a game sometimes! I sometimes joke that apps are just out to get us.

Resetting the whole device should be a last resort. Usually, you can just adjust individual app notifications in Settings!
