I had no luck with any of these methods. I’ve been thinking about just getting a different model. Anyone else feel that way? Is it time for an upgrade?
I hear you, petersontodd. But part of me thinks these issues can be fixed with a bit of persistence. Have you tried reaching out to tech support?
I did, but they weren’t very helpful. They suggested a factory reset and I already tried that!
I experienced this before too! I took mine apart and reseated the memory and that fixed it. Just be careful not to void your warranty if you do that!

If all else fails, just get a good laugh out of it! I once jokingly called mine a paperweight. It’s amazing how a bit of humor can ease the frustration!
