I did get an update last week, but no improvement on my end. Still experiencing the same issues.
I had issues for a while too. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data fixed my problem almost instantly! Try toggling it if you haven’t yet.

I think the RCS rollout has hit some bumps. Some devices are fine, while others like mine are struggling. Not quite sure why that is!
