I had the same issue with my Pixel 3 last month! It wouldn’t power on at all. I found that holding the power button and volume down button together for about 10 seconds helped reboot it. It worked for me!

When my Pixel 3 wouldn’t turn on, I charged it for a bit and then pressed the buttons like caitlin21 said. It turned on after about 5 minutes! Make sure your charger is working fine.
