I had the same issue with my Galaxy Note 3 a while back! Trying a hard reset worked for me. Just press the Volume Up + Home + Power keys together until the Samsung logo appears. Give it a shot!
That’s good to know! I also tried a factory reset through recovery mode, but it erased all my data. Just a word of caution for others!

I’m curious, how did you guys know it was the T-Mobile screen issue? Mine just kept freezing randomly. Anyone experienced that?

I noticed mine was stuck on the T-Mobile screen for way too long. After trying several methods, the hard reset was really the only thing that finally worked!
You can also try booting your Note 3 in Safe Mode! Sometimes a rogue app can cause these issues. Hold the Power button, then tap and hold ‘Power off’ to reboot into Safe Mode.
That’s really helpful! I never thought about the apps causing trouble. I’ll give that a try if the hard reset doesn’t work.
Don’t lose hope! My friend had the same issue and actually managed to fix it by clearing the cache partition through recovery mode. It saved his data too!

Honestly, my Note 3 used to throw tantrums like this often. If all else fails, heading to a repair shop might be your best bet. Tech can be so weird sometimes!
LOL! You’re right about tech being weird! But I think a repair shop should be the last resort. There’s always something we can try first!
