I’ve been having the same issue with voice messages. They work occasionally but most of the time, it just doesn’t record. Has anyone found a fix?
I had this problem last week! Turning off my phone and then turning it back on worked for me. Give it a try!
Same here! I noticed that when I switched my app settings to ‘low data mode,’ voice messages stopped working. Turning that off fixed it for me.

Check your permissions too! I had to go into settings and allow the messenger app to access my microphone again.
That’s a great point! I totally overlooked my microphone permissions and it was the key to fixing my issue!
Sometimes, the app just needs an update. I was on an older version and once I updated, my voice messages worked perfectly.

I did! It turned out my Wi-Fi connection was sluggish. Switching to a stronger network made all the difference.
