I went there last month, and I agree with ujohnson! They really know their stuff. My phone was repaired in under an hour.

From what I’ve seen, customer satisfaction is pretty high at Maywood. They offer a warranty on repairs too.

I found the staff really professional! They dealt with all my questions patiently, which I appreciated.

For what it’s worth, I’ve never met a Samsung service rep who can juggle like they do—fixing phones while pushing paperwork! Very entertaining!
