I have to disagree with some of the praise here; sometimes it seems sluggish. Maybe I got a faulty device? What do other users think?
I’ve had the ZTE Blade X Max for a few months now, and I think updates have been decent. I’ve received a couple since I bought it, which improved its performance. I’d say they are worth keeping an eye on.
I totally agree! It’s refreshing not to be stuck on outdated software! But how responsive is their customer support if things go wrong?
Customer support? I had to contact them once about a minor issue, and while they were polite, it took forever for a response. Just be patient if you need help!

I’ve received updates at least once a month. They definitely keep the software fresh, but I wish the security patches were more frequent. Anyone else notice this?

Every time I call support, I feel like I’m playing telephone with a squirrel—so unpredictable! It might be time for ZTE to take notes from other brands.
