Isn’t the S Pen supposed to have even more features for screenshots? Like how do you use it specifically?
@lholt, to use the S Pen for screenshots, just take it out and select ‘Smart Select’ from the Air Command menu. You can create a rectangular or oval selection and capture that part of the screen!
But why not just use the standard screenshot buttons? What’s the point of S Pen features if they’re almost the same?
Well, @david55, the S Pen allows more precise selections and the ability to capture specific areas without extra steps. It’s definitely worth trying out!

To take a screenshot on the Note 20, simply press the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously. It’s super easy!
I’ve had issues where my screenshots don’t save. Make sure your device has enough storage available!

Absolutely! Occasionally, the updates fix bugs that might hinder the screenshot functionality. Just keep your phone updated to avoid any issues.
If only they made it clearer which updates were for bugs. So annoying!
You can also use the Palm Swipe feature in Settings > Advanced features if you prefer a gesture instead of buttons.
I love the Palm Swipe! It feels pretty fancy. 
But sometimes it just doesn’t register.
That can happen. Make sure your screen is clean and that you’re swiping quickly enough. Glad to help!
