Seeking Help with GPS Signal Issues in Pokémon GO
I’ve been having a frustrating time trying to play Pokémon GO on my Android device. Every time I try to open the game, it tells me “GPS signal not found,” and I’ve tried everything I could think of!
Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried
- Checked Location Services: Made sure my GPS is on in my Android settings.
- Location Accuracy: I went into settings and changed the location accuracy to high.
- Game Permissions: Verified that Pokémon GO has all the necessary permissions to access GPS.
- Restarting the Game: Closed and reopened the app multiple times.
- Network Settings: Tried toggling airplane mode on and off.
- Rebooting the Device: Turned my phone off and on again.
Additional Details
- I’m using an Android device running version X.Y.
- The signal was working fine up until a couple of days ago, and it seems to have stopped suddenly.
- I’m also in an area known to have good signal, so I doubt it’s related to my location.
