I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble with my Galaxy Buds not charging properly, and I’d love some troubleshooting tips or advice from anyone who has experienced a similar issue.

I’ve tried the standard steps like making sure the charging case is plugged in and the connection is good. However, no matter what I do, my buds just won’t charge. Here are a few details that might help:

  • The case lights up when I put the buds in, indicating they should be charging.
  • I’ve checked the charging pins, and they seem clean but I gave them a quick wipe anyway.
  • The buds were working fine yesterday, so this issue came out of the blue!

I’ve had similar issues! Have you tried checking whether the charging case is clean? Dust can block the connections.

Make sure the cable you’re using is in good condition. I found that using a different charging cable helped me out a lot.

How do I reset them? I haven’t done that before!

It’s simple! Just put them in the charging case, press and hold both touchpads for about 7 seconds. You’ll see the LED light flash.

Before going that route, it’s good to reflect on how long you’ve had them. Galaxy Buds usually last quite a while if taken care of.

Hey, have you tried checking for firmware updates? Sometimes they can really impact charging. You can do this through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

I had a similar issue, and updating the firmware solved it! Simply open the app, and it’ll let you know if there’s an update available.

How often do you all check for updates? I’ve had my Galaxy Buds for a while, and I don’t think I’ve updated them recently.
