I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue lately, and I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing or has any tips on how to fix it.
What’s Happening?
Whenever I unlock my Android phone, the Capital One app keeps opening automatically. It’s as if there’s a ghost in my phone! This started happening after I updated to Android 14, and it’s becoming quite annoying.
Steps I’ve Tried
Here’s a list of things I tried to troubleshoot the problem:
Clearing the App Cache: I went to the app settings and cleared the cache, but it didn’t solve the issue.
Uninstalling and Reinstalling the App: I hoped this would reset any weird settings, but nope!
Checking Permissions: I looked extra closely at the app permissions to see if anything seemed off.
Software Update: I ensured my phone was running the latest system updates, thinking maybe there was a conflict.
