I switched from Chrome to Firefox on my phone, and it opened links fine! Definitely worth a shot.

I did, but their replies are very standard. It’s as if they don’t understand the issue!
Why does tech have to be so complicated? Just the other day, I thought a link was broken, then realized it was my phone acting up!

I had the same issue! I realized my Wi-Fi connection was spotty, which caused the links to not open in Messenger. Check your Wi-Fi and mobile data; it might be an unstable connection.
