Can't Activate Visual Voicemail – Help Needed!

I’m having some trouble getting my visual voicemail to activate on my Android device, and I’m hoping someone here can help me out. I’ve followed the usual steps, but it just doesn’t seem to work. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Sometimes it helps to toggle airplane mode on and off. It’s fixed my activation problems a couple of times!
