I’m having some serious trouble with my AT&T voicemail on my Android phone. It just won’t work! I can’t seem to get any of my voicemails, and it’s becoming really frustrating.
Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried
Restarting my phone - This is usually my go-to solution for most tech issues, but it didn’t help this time.
Checking my network settings - I made sure I had a good signal and that airplane mode wasn’t accidentally turned on.
Updating the voicemail app - I checked for any pending updates for the app, but it’s already up to date. I thought that might resolve the issue, but no luck.
Clearing the app cache - I cleared the cache for the voicemail app, hoping it would fix any glitches, but it still isn’t working.
Making sure my voicemail box isn’t full - I thought maybe I had too many saved messages, but I deleted a few just to be safe.
Seeking Further Assistance
At this point, I’m not sure what else to try. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on what I can do next? Should I reach out to AT&T support directly, or are there other steps I might be missing?
I really need to get this sorted out, as I rely on my voicemail quite a bit. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice you can share!
I’ve definitely had that happen! You know what? Sometimes I think AT&T is just messing with us! But let’s be serious — if it’s a common issue, they should fix it.
I totally understand the frustration with AT&T voicemail issues! First things first, try resetting your voicemail settings. You can do this by dialing *73738# (you might need your password).
I’ve had issues with voicemail too, and checking my network connection made a huge difference. If you can’t access voicemail, turn on airplane mode for about 30 seconds and then turn it off again.
If you’re still having a tough time, it might be worth resetting your network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Just remember that this will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords.
