Anyone else with Samsung missing supplementary services?

Just to add, I noticed a pattern where these service issues occur after major updates. Samsung needs to be more thorough!

Totally agree, @pruittcourtney! It seems like every time they push an update, something breaks. It’s like a game of whack-a-mole!

I wonder if this is happening across all models? Any specific models experiencing these service drops?

I have a Galaxy S21, and I’ve faced these issues. It’s definitely a wider problem than just a single model.

That’s really concerning! Samsung should provide better fixes!

Honestly, I just find it hilarious how complicated tech can be. Missing services? More like my phone is playing hide and seek!

Right? @racheljenkins, it’s like Samsung phones are secretly training for a comedy show with all these bugs!

I’ve noticed similar issues with my Samsung and AT&T. Some supplementary services just aren’t available, like call forwarding. It seems to be a carrier-specific problem.

That’s interesting! I have T-Mobile, and I’ve faced similar issues. It’s frustrating when they limit services that should be standard.

I think networks often disable features to promote their premium plans. Have you considered looking into alternatives with better service offerings?

I’ve been with Sprint and there are definitely missing features on my Samsung. Anyone else notice this across different models?

For sure! I’ve had Samsung devices across several networks and it’s inconsistent.

I’ve read that some carriers might pressure Samsung to limit certain features. It’s quite ridiculous, honestly.

Wow, I had no clue that pressure from carriers could impact features. Makes me think twice about my next provider.

I’ve been using Verizon and I haven’t had many issues, but I do miss the visual voicemail feature desperately!

Same here! It’s such a basic feature that makes life easier. Can’t believe they limit it.

Why is it that some supplementary services are not universal? It seems that with technology advancing, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Maybe we need a petition for more transparency from network providers on what features they allow. It could work!

I don’t know why they even call them ‘supplementary’ if they aren’t consistently available. It’s about time carriers get their act together!
