Actually, I did! They advised me to try resetting my device. It didn’t really solve the rattling, unfortunately.

Honestly, I can’t stop laughing! I’m not the only one with a rattling phone that sounds like a maraca! Who needs apps when you can shake it for music?

I haven’t had shutdown issues, but I think the rattling does imply something might be loose inside. Hopefully it’s not an accumulation problem that gets worse!
